How We Treat
Group Therapy
At North Louisiana Whole Health Treatment Center, we employ a variety of treatment modalities to help patients find sobriety.
Group therapy draws on the power of community and shared experiences, allowing patients to express their struggles in a safe, empowering space. Under the guidance of a professional therapist, clients will hit essential milestones and support each other on their journeys.
Individual Therapy
Therapy is an essential part of the rehabilitation and recovery process. Individual therapy at North Louisiana Whole Health Treatment Center allows patients to work directly with a therapist on personal challenges, developing important tools and coping mechanisms to address everyday triggers and mindset blocks.
Family Therapy Sessions
Addiction can drastically affect the relationships between those struggling and their loved ones.
Family Therapy Sessions at North Louisiana Whole Health Treatment Center allows patients to express themselves in a safe and managed environment, fostering communication and healing.
Loved ones are given the tools and information they need to be a source of support for patients as they continue on the road to long-term sobriety.
Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities
Evidence-based therapy treatments have been found to be particularly helpful in treating substance abuse.
These interventions can include treatments like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), contingency management (CM), and 12-step programs.
Anger Management
Your transformation starts here. Anger is a common emotion patients struggle to control throughout the detoxification and recovery process.
Working with therapists in individual and group settings, patients in the Anger Management program at North Louisiana Whole Health Treatment Center will explore triggers and develop tools to help them manage emotions and strengthen personal relationships.
